Trainee Solicitors
Gordon Dadds has always placed great emphasis on a widely based and thorough training for its young lawyers. Several of the partners and staff either trained with the firm or joined when newly qualified. Essentially, we are looking for intelligent, resourceful and imaginative individuals who may become future partners of Gordon Dadds, as we are committed to the organic growth of the firm in the years to come.
The firm usually recruits one or two trainees each year from several hundred applicants.
Please submit your application, preferably by e-mail rather than by post, containing your CV and a covering letter addressed to David Ruck, who is the partner responsible for training.
We are not accepting further applications for training contracts commencing in September 2010.
We will be considering applications for training contracts commencing in autumn 2011 in early October 2010. Therefore if you wish to apply for a training contract your application, along with your CV and Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form, should be with us by close of business on the 1st October 2010. Please do not send us an application any earlier than the summer of 2010.
If you are submitting an application for a Training Contract please be so kind as to complete a copy of the Law Society's recommended Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form, a copy of which can be obtained on request or from the link below and include it with your application.
Please note also that Gordon Dadds subscribes to the Law Society's "Voluntary Code to Good Practice in the Recruitment of Trainee Solicitors", a copy of which is available on request.
Please send enquiries and email applications to David Ruck at: Trainee Applications
